How it works

- Agree a priceConcept plans start from £300. A 50% deposit starts the work and the rest is paid when it’s finished.
- Get your designsPlans and a 3D view first, changed with you until it feels right, then a drawing set if you want one.
Concept designs, not approved drawings. These help you plan and brief an architect. A build still needs an architect or technician, a structural engineer, planning permission and Building Regulations approval.
